Returns & Exchanges

Returns can be initiated up to 14 days after you receive your purchase. Only items that are in the same condition in which they were shipped and in the original packaging will be accepted. Take care when trying on jewelry if you think you might need to return it. Contact us at if you wish to initiate a return.


Return delivery will be at the cost of the customer and must include insurance for the full purchase price of the piece as any pieces lost during return shipment will not be reimbursed by the seller. Credit made back to the customer’s credit card will be minus any original shipping expenses incurred by the seller.


Exchanges will be accepted within the same time period as returns and under the same conditions.


Non-returnable Items:

Custom pieces and pieces that have been sized especially for the customer cannot be returned. All sale items are final.

Shipping Information

Purchases over $200 will be shipped free of charge.


Purchases under $200 will incur a flat $10 shipping fee. In stock items ship within three business days. If a piece is ordered that is not in stock, we will contact you with an expected shipping date for your approval.
